Lincolnshire Antiques and Home Show
Reported to be the UK's largest indoor and outdoor antique event, the bi-monthly Lincolnshire show offers visitors everything from fine antiques, art, pretty vintage clothing, salvage, industrial items, jewellery, glassware, china, to all sorts of more unusual finds. Taking place six times a year, there's sure to be a time that suits you to pop along and see what treasures you can find.
Old Spitalfields Market, London
Every Thursday this popular London market is transformed into a haven for vintage lovers everywhere! We're talking everything from vintage clothing, accessories, salvage, antique maps of London, refurbished industrial lighting, kitsch collector items, retro homeware and furniture. It's also been known to attract some celebrities in the art and fashion world!
Peterborough Festival of Antiques
This hugely popular vintage fair is among one of the largest flea markets in England. Attracting more than 15,000 visitors each year from all over the world, the event hosts over 2,000 stalls selling everything from antiques, collectables, genuine vintage and upcycled items.The show contains a spectacular array of antiques and collectables for sale within four permanent buildings, a variety of trade marquees and several acres of outdoor pitches. Be prepared to spend several hours browsing the stalls!
Brick Lane, London
As well as being famous for its trendy street art scene and international cuisine, this East London street has long been a go-to destination for vintage enthusiasts. It's home to a wide range of retro boutiques selling all sorts of one-of-a-kind finds at bargain prices. Some of our favourites include Beyond Retro, Atika (formerly Blitz) and Rokit. The best day to visit is on Sundays, when the streets are lined with stalls selling their vintage and antique wares. The old Truman Brewery also houses an indoor vintage market with stalls selling clothes from as far back as the 1920s. Whether its feather capes, vintage bridal wear, vintage dresses, men's suits, vinyl records or unique accessories, there's something for every vintage fashionista in this corner of London!
